Take a photo of the damaged packaging and send it to us via WhatsApp and return the package to the RIVEC HQ. We will replace your package at the soonest convenience.

We ship all around Malaysia using J&T Express (2-5 working days) and PosLaju (3-5 working days).

We provide lifetime warrant for each RIVECPOD devices. Not include the FREE RIVECPOD devices.
